About Us
BRYTER is the AI productivity suite for legal work, made actionable through rule-based workflows. Since our founding in 2018, we’ve enabled top global firms to streamline decision-making processes, driving innovation in highly regulated industries. Backed by leading investors such as Accel, Dawn Capital, and Tiger Global Management, BRYTER is transforming the way legal professionals operate.
As a remote-first company, we foster a culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and collaboration. We believe in empowering individuals through self-leadership, ensuring that each team member has the freedom and support to focus on what truly matters. Our goal is to create an environment where efficiency is key, and impactful contributions are celebrated. One of our values is to make the implicit explicit so please read through our Ai Use Policy for Candidates before applying.
At BRYTER, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where different perspectives and experiences are valued. We encourage applications from people of color, women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals with disabilities, and those from other historically underrepresented groups. Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often hesitate to apply unless they meet every single qualification. At BRYTER, we believe in potential and are looking for people who can grow with us—so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. Your unique skills and perspective may be exactly what we need!

Workplace & culture
We are a remote-first Software-as-a-Service company, with people across UK, Europe, and the USA. We believe that teams are more important than businesses and we are convinced that the right team can have the greatest impact. Our management team has successfully built, scaled and sold companies before and wants to create an environment where everyone can grow to their full potential and flourish.
We want our team members to take responsibility, to understand the mission and, ultimately, to be happy. That is why our organization is optimized to foster employee happiness, allowing everyone to have as much ownership, autonomy and mastery as possible. If you want to hear it straight from the horse’s mouth on what this means, how working at BRYTER is like, our CPO and Co-Founder Michael Hübl has recorded a webinar, where he shares a bit about our remote-first working culture.
Being remote-first means we work extra hard to foster relationships, including weekly check-ins, at a team and company level, and an in-person get-together twice per year where we spend the time strategizing, planning as well as just talking, having fun and getting to know each other better. Our last Onsite was in Tuscany, and prior to that it was on a beach in Portugal!
