Growth & Community Manager (Remote)
We’re looking for a Growth & Community Manager to work directly with our founders on strategic Go-To-Market initiatives for our new AI Suite and our other products across the DACH region and beyond.
This is a dynamic, high-impact role that blends community engagement, content creation, and go-to-market strategy, which is perfect for someone eager to grow their career at the intersection of marketing, business development, and product innovation.
You’ll help shape how we bring our products to market, communicate new launches, and connect meaningfully with our community through events, outreach, and content. Working closely with the founders, you’ll play a key role in translating strategic direction into tangible growth: from planning roadshows and content campaigns to engaging stakeholders and partners across the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market & Strategy
- Work directly with the founder team on strategic go-to-market planning for new products, especially our AI Suite.
- Contribute to the positioning, description, and communication of new product launches.
- Support the rollout of go-to-market campaigns from the DACH region globally, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and community initiatives.
- Take ownership in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and momentum in execution.
Community & Events
- Plan and support community events, including roadshows and webinars in cooperation with the Deutsche Anwalts Verein (DAV) and other partners.
- Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, registrations, and participant communication.
- Act as a key point of contact for community members and partners across the DACH region.
- Conduct outreach activities (calls, emails, and follow-ups) to attract new community members and strengthen engagement.
- Support event-related marketing initiatives, including promotional content and performance tracking.
Content & Communication
- Create and adapt short-form content for newsletters, social media, and event promotions.
- Write clear, engaging copy for emails, landing pages, and community updates.
- Support storytelling around our community, events, and products through blog posts, recaps, and interviews.
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand alignment across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with design and marketing to bring creative ideas to life.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English; German (native or near-native) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in-person, online, and on the phone.
- A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive — someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make an impact.
- Interest in go-to-market strategy, event coordination, and content creation.
- Organized, reliable, and hands-on, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable with proactive outreach (calls, emails, social media).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, LinkedIn, email platforms) is a plus.
- A background or interest in law or legal tech is a plus.
- Prior internship or junior experience in marketing, communications, or community management is helpful but not required.

Workplace & culture
We are a remote-first Software-as-a-Service company, with people across UK, Europe, and the USA. We believe that teams are more important than businesses and we are convinced that the right team can have the greatest impact. Our management team has successfully built, scaled and sold companies before and wants to create an environment where everyone can grow to their full potential and flourish.
We want our team members to take responsibility, to understand the mission and, ultimately, to be happy. That is why our organization is optimized to foster employee happiness, allowing everyone to have as much ownership, autonomy and mastery as possible. If you want to hear it straight from the horse’s mouth on what this means, how working at BRYTER is like, our CPO and Co-Founder Michael Hübl has recorded a webinar, where he shares a bit about our remote-first working culture.
Being remote-first means we work extra hard to foster relationships, including weekly check-ins, at a team and company level, and an in-person get-together twice per year where we spend the time strategizing, planning as well as just talking, having fun and getting to know each other better. Our last Onsite was in Tuscany, and prior to that it was on a beach in Portugal!
